Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our insurance agency. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries.
Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products and services to clients.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage based on their needs and budget.
Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to generate new business and cross-sell additional insurance policies.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulation.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and/or licensed in P&C is a plus.
